Ordering

 

As each of our products is slightly different, we do not sell directly online. You can order by emailing or telephoning using the contact details given on the 'contact us' page.The clocks shown with sizes and prices are designs we produce throughout the year, and I will email a picture of the current version if the one shown online has been sold. If you like a certain design but would like a different size or wood, we can make that for you. We have included commission pieces in the shop to give an idea of different themes. If we make a clock from scratch for you it will take approx 2-3 weeks to complete. The clocks can also be personalised for you at no extra charge (up to 10 words).

You can make payment by bank transfer or Paypal. Card payments can be made using a Paypal invoice, you don't need a paypal account to do this.  Payment to be made upon approval of the completed item before sending it to you.

 Any damage in transit must be notified within 24 hours.

Your product is fully guaranteed, - our contact details are on the reverse, so either use the website or turn the clock over if you have any problems and we will resolve it for you. You will need to return the movement to us, - if it has been damaged in some way such as dropped, covered in paint or the spindle damaged, there will be a small charge for the replacement plus postage.
